Nick was apprehended in Clearwater, Florida, in the early hours of November 18, 2023, on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to police records.
As per the details outlined in the arrest affidavit, Nick passed by Clearwater Police Department officers.
They were engaged in a drive-through stop-check on the Gulf to Bay Boulevard.
Notably, Florida law mandates drivers to either change lanes safely or slow down when approaching stationary law enforcement officers.
Additionally, Nick had exceeded the speed limit of 40 mph. One of the police eventually pulled him over and noticed a strong odor in his breath.
Furthermore, his balance was unsteady, and his eyes were blood-red. Ultimately, the police took him into custody under DUI charges.
