Dragon Lee comes from a family of renowned wrestlers. His father, La Bestia del Ring, is well-known in the Mexican wrestling community.

Dragon Lee, whose real name is Muñoz González, was born on May 15, 1995, in Tala, Jalisco, Mexico. He is a masked Mexican professional wrestler currently affiliated with WWE and performing in NXT.

Dragon Lee grew up in a family deeply involved in wrestling. His two older brothers, William and Carlos, both embraced wrestling careers.

In 2012, the original Dragon Lee transitioned to the Místico character after the original Místico wrestler left Mexico. 

Dragon Lee started his wrestling career in 2013 at Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre.

Later he won the CMLL Bodybuilding Contest in both the beginners’ category in 2013 and the intermediate category in 2014 and 2015.

Dragon Lee’s father, Munoz Sanchez, is a famous Mexican professional wrestler who is well-known for his time in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) as La Bestia del Ring, a “bad guy” character.

Over his career, Munoz has taken on different names, such as Dr. Kent, Poder Indio, Poder Boricua, Poder Mexica, Toro Blanco, and Comandante Pierroth.

Arturo Munoz Sanchez was born in Tala, Jalisco, Mexico, on April 7, 1968, and he is currently 57 Years Old

His wrestling journey started in 1994 after receiving training from the renowned lucha libre trainer Diablo Velasco.

Initially performing under the alias “Dr. Kent,” he displayed a generic doctor persona with white attire, including a mask, trunks, and tights, in the style reminiscent of Dr. Wagner.

Later, in CMLL, he was part of the Los Ingobernables stable alongside his sons Rush and El Terrible until late 2019. He first entered CMLL in 2001 as Poder Boricua, being part of Los Boricuas.

La Bestia del has three sons, and all of them are involved in wrestling.

Three of Munoz’s sons have pursued careers in this industry, with impressive achievements to their names.

The eldest son, William Arturo Munoz Gonzalez, better known as Rush, has established himself as a highly-skilled Mexican wrestler.

In addition, He has also competed in various wrestling promotions, including the prestigious Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) and the well-known U.S.-based Ring of Honor (ROH).

At present, he is signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he continues to showcase his talent.

Another son, Carlos Munoz Gonzalez, also known as Dralístico, has made waves in Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA), a Mexican wrestling promotion.

He previously wrestled under the name Místico II for over a decade in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL).

Lastly, his youngest son Dragon Lee is a masked Mexican professional wrestler currently affiliated with WWE and performing in NXT.
