The Professional Arena
After coming out of St. Joe’s, Jones entered the 2005 NBA Draft, where he went undrafted. Then, the Minnesota Timberwolves signed him as an undrafted rookie free agent in the same year.
Not long after, they assigned him to the NBA Development League’s Florida Flame. With 26 game appearances, they traded him to the Boston Celtics a year later.
After fourteen games, the team traded him to the Cleveland Cavaliers in October 2006.

The Cavaliers then assigned Jones to the Albuquerque Thunderbirds and gave him his first entire NBA season.
