Initially, Navarrete faced Issac Dogboe on December 8, 2018, at the Hulu Theater in New York City.

Back then, he took him down by unanimous decision (UD) for the WBO junior featherweight title.

After gaining the WBO junior featherweight title, Navarrete’s second title defense came against Francisco De Vaca’s bout.

After coming off the wins, Navarrete took the victory over an unbeaten challenger in the third round.

Furthermore, Vaca was ranked #10 by the WBO; thus, Navarrete claimed the win via third-round knockout (KO) at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles.

Emanuel Navarrete vs. Miguel Elorde

Following it, in September 2014, Navarrete faced Juan Miguel Elorde in Las Vegas.

To illustrate, their bout was the co-feature to Fury’s second consecutive fight on Mexican Independence weekend. 

Right within the first round of the bout, he dominated and dropped later in the third round. Back then, Elorde was beaten furiously in the fourth round; thus, the referee stepped in.

In December 2019, Emanuel Navarrete faced Francisco Horta at the Auditorio GNP Seguros in Puebla, Mexico.

As soon as the match started, he dominated the octagon with aggressive punches and throws. 

By the end of the match, Navarrete’s punch ended the match at 2:09. Additionally, it was also known that Navarrete suffered an injury to his ribs.

On February 22, 2020, Navarrete took the fight over Jeo Tupas Santisima at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
