On April 17, 2010, Lena faced Elke Beinwards for WKA Women’s World Championship. Furthermore, she defeated Elke Beinwards in the third round by KO to become the new champion.

Similarly, on November 20, 2010, Lena challenged Christine Theiss for the WKA world title. But she was defeated in the sixth round by KO.

Broken Hand

On October 22, 2011, Lena faced the debutant Tiffany van Soest in WCK Muay Thai. She lost the fight by technical knockout after breaking her hand in round two.

During rehabilitation, Lena was forced to use her left hand only, which resulted in her being ambidextrous. Moreover, this made her able to hit the opponent with equal force by both hands.

In her comeback match, Lena faced Kealani Vanderleest on August 18, 2012. Similarly, she won the fight by unanimous decision.

On August 24, 2013, the Ukrainian fighter won her first WBalsoC Muay Thai Women’s World Flyweight title. For the title, she defeated Emily Bearden by unanimous decision.
