Triple H was born to his father, Paul Levesque Sr., and his mother, Patricia Levesque, on July 27, 1969.
He was the second child to his parents, as they had already welcomed a daughter named Lynn.
His parents were very supportive of him and his sister, and they were very close to one another.
Unfortunately, Triple H’s father passed away at the age of 62, succumbing to a health issue similar to the one that had claimed his grandfather’s life.

Paul “Triple H” Levesque officially announced his retirement from wrestling due to his heart issues.
The 56-year-old WWE star said, “As far as in the ring … I’m done. I will never wrestle again.”
He added, “First of all, I have a defibrillator in my chest, and it’s not a good idea for me to get zapped on live TV…”
In September 2021, he suffered a cardiac event, which was believed to be a genetic heart issue.
Initially, what was viral pneumonia ended up being a life-threatening cardiac event.
His lung fluid in his lungs and arms and his heart ejection fraction had gotten to 12%.
Following the diagnosis, it was reported that he had a blockage in his Left Anterior Descending (LAD) artery and underwent cardiac surgery.
