Cory Joseph | Professional Career
San Antonio Spurs
After the 2010-11 season ended, Cory was selected in the first round of the 2011 NBA draft. He was drafted 29th overall in the San Antonio Spurs’ 2011 NBA draft on June 23, 2011.
Likewise, he signed a contract of four seasons with the Spurs and committed all four seasons. In early 201, Cory filled in for Tony Parker as the Spurs’ starting point guard.
Interestingly, this replacement proved to be a turning point for Cory in the NBA. The talented player helped the team to reach the 2013 NBA Finals. Unfortunately, they lost to the Miami Heat in game 7.

Joseph was able to score a season-high 16 points, with two rebounds, seven assists, and one steal on January 30, 2020, in a win against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Playing alongside his brother, Devoe, he led the team at the 2013 FIBA Americas Championship, scoring 16.1 points per game. This was quite impressive for him and the team.
